By approving an estimate, signing electronically, or allowing work to begin, you agree to the following terms. 

1. Scope of Work

Fence Pros of Arizona will perform work exactly as described in the approved written estimate. Any additional or modified work must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and scheduling. 

2. Change Orders

Any work requested outside the original estimate requires written approval and may require additional payment before work proceeds. 

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on material costs and site conditions at the time of estimate. Customer-requested changes may result in additional charges. 

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to schedule and secure your project. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the job for any reason. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fence Pros of Arizona reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are not made as agreed. 

5. Cancellations

If the customer cancels after approving the estimate, the deposit will not be refunded. Additional material, delivery, or restocking fees may apply if materials have been ordered. 

6. Permits, HOA & Property Lines

Unless stated otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining HOA approvals, permits, and verifying property lines. Fence Pros of Arizona is not responsible for HOA violations or boundary disputes. 

7. Underground Utilities (Arizona 811 – Blue Stake)

The customer must ensure Arizona 811 (Blue Stake) has been completed prior to installation. Fence Pros of Arizona is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or privately installed irrigation, septic, or electrical systems.

8. Site Access & Conditions

Customers agree to provide clear access to the work area, secure pets, and remove personal property. Minor disturbance to landscaping or surrounding areas may occur during normal installation. Rocky soil, caliche, concrete, roots, or hidden obstructions may require additional labor and cost. 

9. Material Delivery & Storage

Customer grants permission for materials to be delivered and stored on the property prior to installation when necessary. 

10. Scheduling & Delays

Installation dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond the contractor's control.

 
11. Materials & Appearance

Natural materials such as wood may vary in color, grain, and texture, and may warp, crack, or shrink over time. Fence alignment may change due to soil movement, weather, or ground settling. 

12. Warranty

Labor Warranty: 2 years, and Rusted is 1 year. Materials are covered under manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, soil movement, misuse, impact, animals, or third-party alterations. 

13. Limitation of Liability

Fence Pros of Arizona is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unmarked underground items, or landscaping disturbance necessary to complete installation. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. 

14. Payment Disputes

Customer agrees to contact Fence Pros of Arizona to resolve any concerns prior to initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with financial institutions. 

15. Collection & Attorney Fees

If collection action becomes necessary, the customer agrees that reasonable collection costs and attorney fees may be recovered where permitted by law. 

16. Agreement

By approving an estimate, submitting payment, signing electronically, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
